How long does it take to receive my order?

Patience is a virtue, my friend! Most orders are processed within 1-3 business days. After that, delivery times vary: Denmark is a speedy 1-3 days, while the rest of Europe takes 2-7 days. For our friends across the pond in the U.S., it’s 4-10 days, and the rest of the world might take up to 15 days. So, grab a cup of coffee and relax while we work our magic!

What if I change my mind about my purchase?

Oh, the classic case of buyer’s remorse! If you’re not feeling your purchase, you can return it within 14 days of delivery. Just remember, you’ll need to cover the return shipping costs (we’re not a bank, after all!). Make sure the item is unused and in its original packaging, or we might just have to send it back to you like a boomerang!

Can I exchange my item for a different size?

Size matters, but we don’t do direct exchanges. If you need a different size, you’ll need to return the original item (see above) and then place a new order for the size that fits you like a glove. It’s a bit of a dance, but we promise it’s worth it!

What if my item arrives faulty or I received the wrong one?

What about shipping costs? Are they refundable?
